Billington Lab volunteers at Loaves and Fishes!
Our first Lab Community Service event
The Billington Lab gathered at the Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen office in San Jose to package hot meals for families and individuals across the Bay Area. We split up with jobs ranging from filling meal dishes, to operating the packing equipment to labeling. It was a pleasure to volunteer with such an impactful organization as a lab group!
Afterward, we enjoyed a quick lab lunch at In-N-Out before returning to campus.
