An article co-authored by Dr. Eva Bianchi and Prof. Sarah Billington, titled “How Much Nature Do We Need? An Exploration of Dose–Response Relationships Between Indoor Nature Dose and Building Occupant Well-Being,” published in Sustainable Cities and Societies has been gaining media attention, with features by the Stanford School of Engineering, Newsweek, Bloomberg, and the podcast Morning Brew Daily among other outlets. The study’s findings have generated excitement, particularly the surprising discovery that too much exposure to indoor nature can potentially reduce well-being outcomes.
